SKOT R2AM

SKOT (Stredni Kolovy Obmeny Transporter – Medium Wheeled Armoured Transporter) – four axles, wheeled, armored vehicle developed jointly by Polish and Czechoslovak designers. Manufactured from October 1963 in the FSC Lublin.

Czechoslovakia supplied some components, eg. Motors. Czech army adopted them as OT-64, also known in the world, moreover, exported to several countries, mainly Arabic.

SKOT R-3 – Command and staff vehicle from regiment level upwards. It was based on SKOT-1A version. The crew is seven soldiers. Equipment: 4 radios, 1 receiver, radioline and radiotelephone.
In the early 90s gradually withdrawn from the Polish Army.
