Polish Fiat 125p

Polish Fiat 125p

In the collection we have two beautifully restored Polish Fiats 125p. The first is based on the model of the ambulance station wagon and produced in 1984. Changes in sanitary version included: installation of retractable stretchers, oxygen equipment, seats for doctor and paramedic (or nurse / midwife), using a different color of upholstery and introduced roof vent and sound and light signalization.

This is the car used in the Emergency Rescue – Region Kartuzy. In identical ambulances was also equipped JW 1068 in Dąbrówka, or „our” 25 Missile Squadron OPK. The second „big fiat” green sedan is an older civilian version from 1976.

Such Fiats also went to the Polish Army, replacing in the 60s and 70s Syrena 104 and Warszawa 224 in the role of official cars for officers. Production of the 125p was launched in 1967 and finished in 1991 frm the production line FSO left nearly 1.5 million copies.
